3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

bd93 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in accordance with its commitment to responsible gaming and fraud prevention. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your account is fully verified:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid Bangladeshi passport
• Birth registration certificate (for supplementary age verification where required)

4.1 Deposits

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. bd93 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

4.3 Chargebacks and Disputed Transactions

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile financial service provider in relation to a genuine bd93 gaming transaction is a breach of these Terms. Where a chargeback is initiated, bd93 reserves the right to suspend your account, reverse any associated bonuses or winnings, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount through appropriate channels.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

5.2 Bonus Expiry
